Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 July 2026
1. Who we are
px1labs.com and px1labs.ee (together, the “Site”) and the associated PX1 Labs / PX1 Peptides Telegram shop are operated by PX Ventures LLC (“PX1 Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company organised in the United States. PX Ventures LLC is the controller responsible for personal data processed through the Site. You can reach us through our contact form or by email at trypx1labs@gmail.com.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Site or place an order through our Telegram shop, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to visitors and customers worldwide. Because we ship to the European Union, it includes specific information for individuals in the EEA and the United Kingdom.
3. What we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer enquiries and fulfil orders:
When you send a request (contact / support / wholesale form): the email address you provide, any name you choose to give, the topic, and the message content.
When you place an order (through the Telegram shop): your Telegram account identifier and any username, the delivery phone number you enter, the pick-up point you select, the compounds and quantities ordered, and the order total. Order confirmation is delivered to you in Telegram.
Payment data: payments are processed by third-party payment providers (currently Stripe and/or NOWPayments). We do not receive or store your card number or full payment details. The payment provider shares with us only a confirmation of payment and an opaque reference that lets us match a payment to an order.
Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs limited technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. Your researcher-verification acknowledgement is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles.
4. How we use your data
We use personal data to: respond to your enquiries; process, confirm and ship your orders; arrange delivery and handle shipment protection; prevent fraud and abuse; keep the Site secure and reliable; and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to process and ship your order); legitimate interests (to answer enquiries, secure the Site, and prevent fraud); consent (where you voluntarily contact us); and compliance with a legal obligation where applicable.
6. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
• Payment providers (Stripe, NOWPayments) to take payment;
• Couriers (e.g. DPD) to deliver your order;
• Hosting and infrastructure (Vercel) to serve the Site;
• Messaging (Telegram) through which orders and confirmations are exchanged.
These providers act as our processors or as independent controllers under their own policies. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
7. International transfers
PX Ventures LLC is based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and elsewhere. Where data of EEA/UK individuals is transferred outside those areas, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Browser-stored verification data remains on your device until you clear it.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, and its correction, deletion, restriction or portability; you may object to certain processing; and you may withdraw consent at any time. EEA/UK individuals have these rights under the GDPR. To exercise them, contact us via our contact form or at trypx1labs@gmail.com. EEA/UK individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data-protection supervisory authority.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and keeping payment identifiers opaque so that our payment providers do not receive Site or product details tied to your identity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Minors
The Site and our products are intended only for qualified researchers and laboratories, and are not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised; material changes will be reflected on this page.
13. Contact us
